The Leader in Me

We continue to learn about Steven Covey's 7 habits of Happy Kids and discover how to find the
"Leader in Me".
Do you remember the first four habits?

1. Be proactive.

2. Begin with the end in mind.

3. Put first things first.

4. Think win-win.

Now we will begin to practice the fifth habit.

5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood.

I can listen to others without talking.

I can look people in the eyes.

I can see more than one point of view and be a problem solver.

In our classroom we are already good listeners.
We know how to give five to listen.
Can you you tell your Mom or Dad how you give five to listen?
Can you think of how we can give six to listen to understand?
